Ordinarily, I would give Bops a 5 star. Today I felt generous at 3. Usually the employees are friendly, inviting. Today I walked in all ready for my usual treat; two people were there - one working, the other disappeared into the back. There were cars at the drive thru, no customers indoors. I understand, they had things to do. But they went out of their way to act as though I wasn't there. They didn't have to jump up and wait on me - I knew people were before me. The floor was nasty and wasn't swept. There's alot in the store that could be done as far as sweeping, cleaning, prepping. Most employees were sitting around being on their phones and 1 employee is sleeping on the chair. Only 1 employee is staying productive. The ice creams were great! Friendly staff.

one thing about me is that i have to have something sweet after i eat, and that's how i ended up here. this was hands down some of the best ice cream i have ever had. it so rich and flavorful. this establishment was greatly kept, very clean, and the service was fast. all the locals know about this place. i highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
