one thing about me is that i have to have something sweet after i eat, and that's how i ended up here. this was hands down some of the best ice cream i have ever had. it so rich and flavorful. this establishment was greatly kept, very clean, and the service was fast. all the locals know about this place. i highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Ordinarily, I would give Bops a 5 star. Today I felt generous at 3. Usually the employees are friendly, inviting. Today I walked in all ready for my usual treat; two people were there - one working, the other disappeared into the back. There were cars at the drive thru, no customers indoors. I understand, they had things to do. But they went out of their way to act as though I wasn't there. They didn't have to jump up and wait on me - I knew people were before me. But just a look at me and a shout out "welcome to Bops" would have been acceptable. They didn't have to look at me to shout. I didn't stay. I don't think they cared. Probably glad they didn't have another person to wait on.

The floor was nasty and wasn't swept. There's alot in the store that could be done as far as sweeping, cleaning, prepping. Most employees were sitting around being on their phones and 1 employee is sleeping on the chair. Only 1 employee is staying productive. The ice creams were great! Friendly staff.

Just left from there and will NEVER go back!!!! Associates were nice and courteous up until they asked me if i was going to leave a tip! I said no. Then, they became rude. They handed me my order and i asked for my receipt, they ripped it out of the printer and wouldn’t even look at me when they handed it to me! This should be the kind of thing that puts them out of business! Don’t bite the hand that feeds you! They are certainly NOT a necessity!

25 minute wait in the drive through only for them to try and give us the wrong order and our order wasn’t even made. No apology, no nothing. Then the employee looked at the receipt where I put zero on the tip and rolled his eyes at me. They only get two stars because the ice cream was decent. The service was garbage.

Concretes were literally melted liquid when they were served. when I asked worker about it she told me that when you put strawberry and pineapple in the custard it just melts, however my son had a concrete without fruit and his was melted also. Not worth the money. I threw mine away.

I ordered snappy turtle sundae. They said they only had chocolate left. I asked them to get me chocolate mud sundae. After getting it and paying for it, I came home to find out there was crushed oreo and chocolate chips inside liquid cream. Immediately after calling them back, they told me to come back tomorrow and ask for another one.Anyone can get an ice cream or sundae from grocery store. I think we all go to these places and pay more money for experience.People working in the restaurants even demand tips which I think most of us give generously. But after all that if this is what happens, do I really want to take my family to these places?!This happens a lot in this area around because no matter what they put in even though it doesn’t even remotely resemble the intended food order we just eat it.

I'm not from here and was looking for a dessert place. I stumbled upon this place through the internet & my husband and I really wanted to try this place out after dinner. It was a Thursday night and it says it's open until 9:30pm. We walked in at about 8:30pm and please explain to me why all of the chairs were already flipped over all the tables. Except for one table bc there were already 2 customers on there. We had to sit on that side chair (thankfully bc another couple literally just left as we got our order) which was so uncomfortable and we couldn't get out of there quick enough. Also, the custard wasn't even that great. All and all, the place just felt so uninviting with all the chairs for us not to sit. I guess they're use to only serving the drive through bc as we left the drive through.
