I usually order once a week or every 2 weeks due to the fact my family loves the teriyaki chicken and rice. I don’t like that it’s an issue when it comes to receiving your free rewards . I ordered a family meal online but everytime I try to add my reward I couldn’t checkout out unless I purchase the free rewards which in the app it states I can redeem the reward if I purchase a family meal online or in the store. The food is not that good anymore plus way small portions now. My rice was super dry and didn’t have any favor. I end up pouring a lot of soy sauce on it. The noodles was not as good as well.

I frequent this Panda Express quite often and the service is always great, I order ahead on the app and It is usually ready and waiting for me within 10 minutes. The food is consistently good and you get plenty for your money. The new rewards feature is awesome!
