3/19/24 you have to let customers know you are out of food and how long it will take to be ready.. don’t make me pay and my food just setting there getting cold waiting on another item.. and then you fix it throwing it in the bag with small potions ?

I frequent this Panda Express quite often and the service is always great, I order ahead on the app and It is usually ready and waiting for me within 10 minutes. The food is consistently good and you get plenty for your money. The new rewards feature is awesome!

I usually order once a week or every 2 weeks due to the fact my family loves the teriyaki chicken and rice. I don’t like that it’s an issue when it comes to receiving your free rewards . I ordered a family meal online but everytime I try to add my reward I couldn’t checkout out unless I purchase the free rewards which in the app it states I can redeem the reward if I purchase a family meal online or in the store. Honor stay you promise

Food is so bland and tastes disgusting. Save your money and go to an actual Chinese restaurant. The “chow mein” was so dry. There was more vegetables than chicken on the plate. The cashier was so rude. You can go to an actual Chinese restaurant and get more food for the same
