From San Antonio Texas and been very homesick and craving some tamales for the holidays. This will be the first year in over 10yrs I have had to work on Christmas so I'm not able to make tamales so have heard some great things about The Tamale Shack so decided to come give it a try it was worth it! For a "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant, the food was Outstanding. Counter service was quick. Very small. Only 1 table and a counter inside. A couple of tables outside. For quick and delicious takeout, this is the best.

Omg this is the best Mexican food I've ever eaten! The food is amazing and the serving size is plentiful!! I would recommend this little bit of heaven to everyone!!!!!Parking: Location is wonderful but I would drive anywhere to eat here
