“I LIKE HOW IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE JUST ANOTHER THROWN TOGETHER DIVE BAR!!!Obviously the best looking music venue in town.I haven't ate or drank there, but it seems like the sound & music is top notch at this location. Pretty much any other venue pales in comparison to this place. I always wondered when someone would take the opportunity to put a spot out at this location in this area.It doesn't have that cheezy "make-do" band in a restaurant vibe or same ole nasty dive-bar look. It looks like an intentional design.“
“This is a local bar that serves house made brews on tap and burgers. They also have some guest taps and a big selection of cans and bottles. We had burgers and some of the beers. The beers were pretty good. The Mystic, a Belgian hibiscus ale, is particularly good, even if you’re someone who doesn’t like beer. The burgers were a little overcooked for my taste. The atmosphere was okay. My wife thought the place was a little too small for the volume of the music. It made conversation difficult. They had a live folk singer who I’d have paid to stop singing, but the place is pretty cool overall and worth a stop if you’re in Hattiesburg.“
“The best Italian in Hattiesburg. I looked up the best restaurant in Harrisburg and this was the spot. I ordered the Mario's Special (chicken and shrimp pasta) with a glass of Kendall Jackson, the food was good and the wine pairing was excellent. My waitress, Nesa, was attentive and on top of drink refills. Will definitely eat again here next time I'm in Hattiesburg.“
“I ate there last night and this morning. Last night I had a cheese pizza and fries. Usually I don’t like restaurant kids cheese pizza but burger theory changed my mind. It was a very good chesse pizza, and the fries were seasoned very well. When I walked in it kinda smelt like a bathroom but I mean it’s fine. This morning I ate sausage, eggs, and a muffin. I had yogurt but it was expired . It’s fine, I was full anyway. Burger Theory is really good and the waiters are so nice. PLEASE go eat at burger Theory you will like it so much!! ???“
“This was my 1st visit to Hattiesburg and was informed about this seafood restaurant, so I decided to try it. I must say I was impressed by the delightful service. I ordered the catfish over jambalaya and a cup of seafood gumbo. The gumbo to me was okay but not something I would order again as it was lacking in the flavor department. Now, the catfish dinner was on point, it had great flavor the seasoning was on point the breading on the fish had a nice crisp, although I'm not certain why mushrooms were on the dish as they are not needed to make this dish a 5 star. My server was on point as she made some suggestions and gave a as to what she liked and what was ordered the most. Overall the atmosphere was very nice and next time I'm in town I'm definitely coming here for dinner.“
“We had an opportunity to visit Benson’s Steakhouse in March and had a wonderful experience!! The attention to detail that was provided by all the staff was amazing. Steaks were perfectly prepared! I’m not a sweet potato fan but their sweet potato casserole is a must!!! You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu tho!!!“
