I'm guessing someone is tunnel-visioned? They've messed up my order 3 times in a row. All those fancy touchscreens and monitors and equipment and the order is usually wrong. Good customer service in the Pine Belt is barely existent.
I’ve ordered extra pepperoni 4 times in the last 2 months and have never gotten extra pepperoni. How hard is it to put extra slices of meat on a pizza? That I paid for. They’re lucky their pizza is damn good.

I only ever had one bad experience and it was one worker in particular that got an order wrong, and got all kinds of attitude when I said that it wasn’t what I ordered after she repeated it back, and said yes “yes it is what you ordered” and refused to change it, and behold the order was wrong… but the manager handled it professionally and apologized and gave a refund as well as made what we ordered in the first place and it was hot and delicious.
