I'm 50/50 with my experience here...So I scheduled for a cookie cake to be picked up at 2:00... I got there right at 2..and the girl at the counter acted like she didn't want to be there and that I was a bother coming in. At first I was skeptical because Great American Cookies is my favorite cookies, but after I had Insomnia Cookies not going to lie these are my favorite now, only thing is they are a couple hours away from me.

I have celiac disease so I have to watch what I order. I made an order through DoorDash, and an employee at Insomnia had to call about my order and making a change. I informed her of this and opted to have icing. I received another callback notifying me that none of their icing is gluten free. I have never had someone got out of the way for this! Props to this employee! It may seem small, but it really meant a lot because I could have gotten really sick!
