This pizza hut location is horrid. The staff are rude and nowhere near competent. We ordered yesterday at 2:30 and was to be ready at 2:45. We got there and the worker said “your pizza was burned so you’ll have to wait so we can make more” no offer to make things right. Then when we got home the cinnamon sticks were so hard er couldn’t pry them from the box and were totally not edible. I can’t stand going to this location. They half a** everything. I don’t mind driving a lil further to avoid this situation again. Twice I’ve been here in the last 2 weeks and not once was my food ready when it was supposed to be. If the workers aren’t eating while working they’re not doing anything. Last time the guy was eating while cutting my pizza. Disgusting.

Food is almost always cooked perfectly and cheesy deliciousness. We love the marinara, garlic parmeasean/alfredo, and bbq sauce on pizzas. All are delicious!They have lunch buffet every day during the week with salad bar included! This is a nice lunch spot with lunch waiting on you at the bar!May I suggest a BBQ chicken and pineapple.
Agree with John G.'s review ... don't trust this Pizza Hut location. The last two attempts to order pizza for carry out from the Broadway Hattiesburg location I ordered online, arrived at or a bit after the promised ready time, to have to then wait 10+ minutes in the lobby for someone to wait on me, then be told that they hadn't started my pizza because they 'ran out of large pan pizza and hadn't had the chance to call me to let me know.' Unbelievably bad service, twice in two attempts over 6-weeks. Stay away from this pizza hut if you actually want pizza.

On two separate occasions the cheesy breadsticks arrived partially eaten. Complaints were made to Grubhub but what are the odds that two separate drivers would partially eat and then deliver cheesy breadsticks? Don't trust this Pizza Hut. They obviously have issues.

Man, I ordered for delivery at 9:45pm guy showed up at 10:20 smile on his face and nice as could be. Food was still hot and awesome definitely will be back to this Pizza Hut next time I'm in Hattiesburg!!
