Not even sure how they call themselves a Barbecue restaurant. Sauce has more ketchup and water than anything else. Brisket was disgustingly tough. Skin nonexistent for a Brisket. Coleslaw obviously bought from a box store. Same bad sauce on Pulled Pork Sandwich. Bad Barbecue at high prices.

The ribs were perfect! Not cooked to mush or "fall of the bone". The brisket was excellent too. Turnip greens were seasoned well. Not a big fan of the cole slaw or baked beans. Only minor complaint was they got the sides wrong. Not a big deal.This is the best bbq I've had in years, besides my own.

That smoked turkey leg was so bland, dry, tuff and jerky fit for canine teeth. So disappointed with this road side restaurant. My half chicken was dry as a chip and the ribs were fatty how dreadful.
We ordered three pounds spareribs. They were dry and tasteless. The meat looked really bad. Also got a sausage on a stick and received a large hot dog. Terrible. Total price was $48. So not worth the trip had to throw most out ??

Spot on bbq and consistent. Whole chicken and brisket are my top picks. Bbq beans are awesome and the turnip greens are the best I’ve ever had. Roses deserves five stars in all areas.
