If I could've given no stars, I would. I sat at #19 for 20 minutes, no one answered. It was 6 cars and I drove off because it was 1 car left and no one would even take my simple order. I went to the qindow and again, nothing. Close this Sonic down and replace with workers that want to work.

Ordered tater tots and medium tea. Tator tots were cold , but the tea was very good and with plenty of ice . 2 stars because of cold tots. The server was tipped.

Waited for over 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes after ordering ahead in the app. When I finally got, they were melted so I asked for them to be remade. Once they brought the new milkshakes, they told me to just keep the old ones, only for me to later realize that on 1 of the milkshakes was what I actually ordered. Every time I go to this Sonic, it takes forever to get our order, and it's usually wrong.

We ordered a Oreo master milkshake it was like soup. It made water look thick. Was told it comes out of machine like that. So I gave it back not even touched and asked for a refund and was denied. The server was a sweetheart said she (manager) refused refund but that she went ahead an remade it and added a little ice cream and hoped we like it. It was perfect.

Mobile ordered drinks for kids. One of them wanted a milk shake. After 20 minutes of confirming we had arrived, we had to ask someone about the order. Needless to say the milk shake was completely melted. It’s sad no one cares about service anymore.

I would leave negative stars if possible! This sonic is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my entire life by far! They're product and employees need much improvement to say the least. I have given them several chances to change my mind but total failure time after time. I literally just left from ordering a chocolate milkshake and they brought out this Luke warm foam.. it was terrible. On 2 other separate occasions I have pulled to the drive thru and sat there for 30 minutes and no one ever came over the intercom to ask for my order so I just left.. The one other time I managed to get service I waited for 40 minutes.. I like to do something alil extra for someone I don't know to help them have a good day and I chose my car hop so I gave him a $27 tip.. the ones on top well instead of him being happy about it he acted as if I had made a mistake and tried to get away from there as fast as he could leaving me so disappointed even more in people... . Update: while I was typing this review my husband talked to the manager and he gave me another milkshake and wow! That was the most amazing shake any of us have tasted.. the second shake was from McDonald's on the left

Horrible! I had placed an online order and waited over 15 minutes. All the while crew members were coming in and out of the building, none of them were bring food out. I saw a few pile into a car 2 stalls down from me that smelled heavily of weed. Eventually, they came out and went back into the building. Since I was well over the time limit to cancel my order on the app...I left. I don't know who is running this particular Sonic, but you need a better evening shift crew and manager because this ain't it. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to make a drink, especially when it's not busy. Currently waiting on my refund.???
