The male assistant manager’s customer service is absolutely horrible. Not only was he rude to me, he degraded his employees in front of customers telling a young girl she “had a weird mind” and needed to change it. I couldn’t imagine working for a boss like that. Disgusting.

This place was disgusting. When I arrived for my carry out order, the dining area was trashed, garbage on nearly all the tables, half eaten meals just left there and the garbage overflowing. I had to wait for an employee to hand me my food as the carry out rack was behind the counter. When I arrived back at my hotel to eat, the bread tasted like day old bread, very stale. All in all, I will never return.

I came in to order multiple subs for a baseball team and I had to wait for the 1 person to make an online order. I am in the service industry and I believe the people that actually take the time to walk in should be serviced first. There was another woman behind me and she felt the same way!. I walked out and took my business elsewhere!! Do better Subway!!!

Apparently this location does not like or want you to use coupons. When I walked in the girl was playing on her phone and took her time getting my order. When I told her I had a 2 footlong coupon her response was "I'm so sick of y'all coming in here with coupons" my response was "y'all? I'm the only person in here" then she said "yeah but everyone else keeps bringing them in here too" so after she got my sandwiches done after a longer then expected no thanks to the guy in the back room that didn't help her at all. I paid and left. I won't be coming back to this location. What nerve this employee had telling me (complaining about having to work) for money because I brought in a coupon?! The guy didn't bother to help her but you shouldn't complain about having a job. There's many other people around that would be grateful to have a job.

I always come to this subway two of their employees they’re very nice! but today I come and short black girls was working and I order veggie sub and told her to cut my sandwich with different knife because she cut previous customer sub and it has Meet on it so I told her to cut it with different knife because I have a meat allergy! So when I say that she changed her tone talking with me rudely. She really need to learn how to talk to customer and veggie sub that means you have change your gloves and your utensils!

I came here because the other subway down the street was temporary closed, I walked through the door around 9:45 to the workers already having cleaned up and put everything away the guy did not want to take my order he was so rude and rushed me the entire time. I will not be coming back and I was charged 1.60 for a small bag of chips
