Got a breakfast platter and a large sweet tea when I asked for a larger straw I was told no it was for milkshakes only. The manager and his workers need a course in customer service. There was no reason to deny me a straw. I will never go to this Wards again!!

Found this place on our way home from the beach. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the food was delicious, we were glad they didn't put beans in their chilli. They will even give you chilled mugs for their root beer.

We had a great experience at Ward’s (717 Bartur in Hattiesburg, MS) today. Even though my order was not correct, they accepted responsibility and took care of it cheerfully. All of the employees, from the cashier to the service line workers were very nice & positive to deal with. Even the employees I didn’t have the opportunity to interact with seemed pleasing and happy to be at work. It was refreshing to have this experience at a time when it’s difficult to find good help in this industry.

I went there on 3/16/2022!! When you order your food the cashier wasn't pleasant at all. The food wasn't good the grits were under cooked. They were hard, the meat was cold & hard. The eggs weren't cooked the way I order them. My experience at that Wards was a bad one.
