I have say that everything but the food was outstanding. I ordered a triple baconator and large fries. Got the fries but instead of my baconator got some kind of chicken sandwich. Not good. For a long time I have noticed that many of our fast food restaurants food preparations are just terrible. Not up to the standard set forth in the past by all or some of these stores. Got to do better . Sorry. The service was great BUT!!!

Just staying the day a little slow but they got it together.
I go to Wendy's for one thing only it's been about five years now I went to flowood with one of my girlfriends at the break of winter, she ask where did I want to eat I said it doesn't matter where ever you stop it's fine, so Wendy's it was well,next question what is it u want to eat I'll have what u having, then she order two medium sized bowl of chili,,I was hooked on Wendy's chili whit cheese oh my God just thinking about it make me want some but I like e n d country but anyways that's my story I love Wendy's ?!!!

A total nightmare on our trip. There were 3 people wearing headsets between the 2 drive-thru windows, and not one could understand how to achieve a very simple 2-person order. After several repeated attempts and finally having our order repeated correctly, we were left with the feeling that both of our sandwiches were purposely prepared with only the items that we requested to leave off of them. This was a simple two sandwich order. We will never stop at this business again.

They redropped the chicken in the grease after it been hanging there for only God knows how long. Then my beef patty was pinkish and the fries were cold and soggy. After returning the fries and asking for Fresh Fries ? they proceed to redrop the fries I just returned back over the counter. I requested a full refund and the employees and manager had Nothing to Say, Not Even an Apology! I am Food Saftey Certified and have managed restaurants. These practices I saw can make people Deathly Ill. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's unless you like NASTY FOOD that could Kill You!Wheelchair accessibility: This place is Wheelchair Accessible
