Worst Jimmy John’s I've ever been too. Music blaring, understaffed, slow, dirty restroom and no toilet paper in the restroom. I travel a lot and eat at JJ’s regularly, this however will not be one I return too.

Horrible service! I have tried several times to give them a chance and nothing has changed. It takes almost 2 hours for food to be delivered and then the order either isn’t complete or is wrong. They say they’ll refund and never do. Stay away from the Jackson location. Absolutely horrible!

Just go to the other sub shop; (their not paying me so I wont say the name). Honestly, I threw out my sandwich after three bites. Yes, money in the trash. I let the first two bites make it, third bite was definitely not the charm.I would leave a more detailed review but I can see it has been said. The answer is always this link: http://bit.ly/JJsFeedback .... so, why bother.Rude untrained serviceNo attendance to quality

It's a sandwich shop. It's better than Subway, but also a little pricier. It is worth it in comparison, though. I can't remember the sandwich I got, but it was good, not great. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the sandwich I originally wanted because they were out of an item. The restaurant was clean and bright. The service was good, professional, and friendly. So it made for a nice lunch.

This location is terrible…it looks unclean in the kitchen area, the staff are put out by you being there, and they have never gotten our order right including missing items every time. After 3 tries we quit ordering from here for work meetings.

They close early all the time. I drove there at 7 because they wouldn’t pick up the phone since I began calling at 6. (8PM is the closing hour) and all the lights were off. They’ve never answered any of my phone calls. Laziest crew out of all the Jimmy Johns, and a poor manager for allowing this.

I made an online order at the Jimmy John’s on Poplar in Jackson. This was my first time ever ordering or eating anything from this location. I have eaten at or placed a pickup order several times at the Madison location, which is closed now. I ordered what I typically order, the #12 Beach Club (turkey breast, provolone cheese and avocado spread served on fresh-baked 8" topped with mayo and fresh-sliced lettuce, cucumber and tomato) with chips and a drink. I park at the curb to run in and grab my order. Upon walking thru the door I notice a guy smoking and on his phone sitting on the brick planter right in front of the store. I went in and stood in line behind four adults and two small children. There was only one employee in the store. She was taking orders and putting the tickets up to be made. While still waiting my turn, the man that had been sitting in front of the store smoking, came in and headed behind the counter, I didn’t realize earlier he was an employee. The lady, who was the only employee there when I entered proceeded to tell him that the third employee who was working had left and told her to hold things down until they got back. Maybe the person was a manager and had to run to the bank or maybe there was some sort of emergency or possibly they had run out of an ingredient and ran to the store to get more, I have no idea. What I do know though is that you don’t leave one employee working alone during lunch hour. First of all, it can be dangerous, secondly, one person isn’t able to do everything needed to provide the customers with topnotch service. But these things were not even what really bothered me. What bothered me most was the man that came in after smoking, while behind the counter talking with the other employee, proceeded to stretch and raise his shirt up, exposing his belly and chest and scratch himself. He didn’t wash his hands before or after this and proceeded to start working. It was just too much for me. This may not bother everyone, but the idea that this person could have made my sandwich really bothered me. When it was my turn, I got my order, made my drink, grabbed the chips and left. Driving back to work I tried to put this out of my mind because I was hungry and I just splurged on a Friday by ordering out for lunch. Unfortunately, the bread was stale, the Mayo was globed on and the avocado spread was brown instead of green. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The employee was condescending and rude to me because she couldn't find my order. She then insulted my intelligence. She was completely disrespectful.F- I would not recommend coming to this location.

I just wish they would change the information for this location to reflect whatever the actual hours are. It seems like they’re only open for a few hours for lunch on weekdays. I walked in today at 2:30 and was told they were “closed”.

Did not get my order. Missing pickles. Prices are way to high. But that what happens around big income places. Lots of Dr's and staffing personnel. $$$ Prices. Better job at Subway.

We stopped by this Jimmy John’s location when passing through town on a road trip. We stopped in a little before 4 pm and we were immediately told they had just closed. The hours online show they close at 8 pm, so we were confused. We also watched them let someone else in after we got to the car. I’m not sure what is going on with this location, but it was very unprofessional and irritating. I will not be back.

Jimmy John’s is the worst. The sandwiches are good and that’s the ONLY reason I’m still going. They open and close when they get ready. Please DO NOT rely on the store hours posted. There have been times the closing time posted is 8pm and it would be closed at 2pm. It’s never open. Why don’t they just close down completely if they’re not going to open? And to look at all the other reviews saying the same thing and yet, nothing has changed. Good grief!
