Horrible service! I have tried several times to give them a chance and nothing has changed. It takes almost 2 hours for food to be delivered and then the order either isn’t complete or is wrong. They say they’ll refund and never do. Stay away from the Jackson location. Absolutely horrible!
Just go to the other sub shop; (their not paying me so I wont say the name). Honestly, I threw out my sandwich after three bites. Yes, money in the trash. I let the first two bites make it, third bite was definitely not the charm.I would leave a more detailed review but I can see it has been said. Worst Jimmy John’s I've ever been too. Music blaring, understaffed, slow, dirty restroom and no toilet paper in the restroom. I travel a lot and eat at JJ’s regularly, this however will not be one I return too.
