Poor management. Unable to speak to management via the telephone. They only communicate using emails. You are promised a zoom meeting which never occurs. I’ve been waiting for two months for a zoom meeting. Uncooperative and disrespectful staff members.
They have went through 3 managers in 2 years. Worst of them all. Make sure you keep copies of your deposit made. I am having trouble getting my deposit back after two years. I would never recommend anyone. Zero stars.
I lived in One University Place about ten years ago and, judging from the comments, the management hasn't changed much. The property manager wouldn't change our locks after we showed her that we could lock our door. She said that they had cameras and that would keep us safe. The property manager was rude especially about tenants parking near the building. She even go into an altercation with tenants out in the apartment parking lot.
