Good food my fries were always fresh. I always have to wait for my apple pies. 1 time they were hot 2nd time they weren't cooked through. They forgot my fries for my combos the 1st time. And had to show them my recipe 2nd time the forgot my bacon on my sandwich. Ladies at speakers are always in a rush. Every time I order something they reply is that all rather that what else can we get you. They could use some more training.

I was door dashing trying to make me some honest American made money! The manager replied to the cashier, door dash act like they be down the d - m road! They won’t give you a chance to do anything! I smiled and never said a word. But I did make sure I made this review on the light skinned red shirt manager who had her apron in the wrong place. Customers first is Rally’s theme. That is what Rally’s lives by. I also asked for a cup of ice after speaking to the cashier. The manager on duty needs to be disciplined for her mouth. I always tried to put my customers first.

This a hot spot for my child. Usually the food is okay. Freshly cooked. Customer service can stand a make over as well as prepping the food as it is given to the customer.
