They gave me the wrong sandwich and I had to drive all the way back to exchange it. The manager just looked at me and didn't offer any compensation for the mistake. Just gave me the correct sandwich and smiled.
Not any Rally's near me and enjoyed the change. Cheese Champ: good, well-dressed (...and NOT too huge!) ? burger combo with lots of crispy tangy white onion pieces ? and a nice layer of crisp lettuce, although I will never understand why folks south of the 38th parallel don't seem to understand that mayonaise drowns out beef flavor but I forgot to ask for everything but mayo so that one's on me. Good food my fries were always fresh. I always have to wait for my apple pies. 1 time they were hot 2nd time they weren't cooked through. They forgot my fries for my combos the 1st time. And had to show them my recipe 2nd time the forgot my bacon on my sandwich. Ladies at speakers are always in a rush. Every time I order something they reply is that all rather that what else can we get you. They could use some more training.
