UH so i was there and i sat at the bar for my layover. My card got charged TWICE and they don’t have a phone number online. When i call up to the airport so they can transfer me they did it the first time and the lady said she call me back within a hour. she never did. so i called back the day after and i can’t even get transferred. They hung up in my face 3 times. i’m upset.
Seriously, 1 Bar tender w ear buds in. Can see him getting high in mirror. $14 for a draft beer. Food is microwaved. So sad, the jackson airport used to ha e restaurant and bar outside security that was fabulous....same ladies ran it for at least a decade. This is the WORST airport bar/restaurant in the Nation....from a guy that flew 2.1 million miles in 5 years. Just pathetic. Oh, and credit card machine is broken and no effort to restore. Pathetic!!!+

One piece of toast which was cold for 3.00. Cold coffee-staff that seem more interested in talking to each other than helping. I will never go their again. I waited 20 minutes for the one piece of toast.
