The Jackson's Wendy's on 55 North Frontage road was gross and disgusting yesterday (3/1/24) at dinner time. I almost never eat out due to finances but decided to treat myself for the first time in several months. The floor was sticky everywhere. Really sticky. You could hear the stickiness as you walked across the floor. There was trash on some of the tables and on the floor. One drink machine was off and the other many of the drinks were out including what I had wanted. If the employees were any slower they would have been dead (although they were polite)... At least the homeless sitting in there weren't trying to beg from the people buying things like what I experienced when I was last in there last December. (Last December it wasn't all that clean either and no one was telling the homeless to leave the paying customers alone.). With it that filthy in the dining room I hate to think how filthy is likely was behind the counter and on the food prep counters. Truly gross. They need to use *clean* mop water to clean the floor just for starters. It is dirty enough now that likely they will need to empty the mop bucket several times so they aren't just spreading around filthy water.

Food was great as always. The associate working the counter was rolling and did a great job. The guy on the line, thought playing on his phone using the same gloves he prepared the food was not good. Management needs to let the line cooks know they can't use their phones and prepare food.

I really don't like to wait. I went inside and there was no queue but I waited for someone to take care of me for more than 10 minutes.
I ordered two double stacks two large fries and they only sent one sandwich and one fry to me and when I call Uber eats and they call the store they straight up lied and said they sent everything and now they want answer the

If you don’t want to work here please find you another job and definitely don’t intimidate the underage employees or potential employees because you feel like your choices are limited. My son had an interview that was scheduled via the website. One of the employees was very rude about the situation. If interviews are held on Monday please specify that on the website.

Wow, it's hard to describe how filthy this dining room was. And don't get me started about the swarm of flies, or the lack of paper in the restrooms.I found that my wife and I were both stress eating. Wolfing our food as fast as possible to get back in the car, rather than enjoy our midday road trip rest stop.I'm pretty sure the fries were double cooked, or prepared at the wrong temperature, we threw most of them away. (Yes, I was scared to ask for a remake.). The only redeeming value was that the sandwich and burger tasted okay.Keep driving!

The store Was immaculate,except for the cash registers They had dust and grease accumulated on the back of Them. Bathrooms, beautiful clean. The staff wonderful, how to wonderful time eating here?.
