I love Edgar's. The food is delicious and the staff is amazing. Everything tastes fresh and the specials are always something to try. My favorites are, Eggplant Elliouse, 6 oz filet, fried green tomatoes and if you catch the crab cake or stuffed crab, they are a must. Don't skip dessert! Most all of the deserts are homemade (maybe all) and they are always so good. My husband and I love to sit in the bar and chat with Jody the bartender.
Usually when I consider spending $100 (with tip) I envision an upscale dining experience. Yeah, that didn’t happen but I was somewhat prepared based on the reviews of others. The filet was arguably the best I have ever had. The blackened chicken was pretty amazing, too. The spinach salad with hot bacon vinaigrette & the wedge salad were both perfect.
