Me and my family came to this location on Monday October 16th. We had the worst experience ever. The food was disgusting, The building was disgusting, the employees attitude were disgusting. Everything was absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't recommend anyone not even a dog to go here. The drinks were all out and we asked for a simple shake to replace our drinks. The manager a black female was giving every excuse saying well their out and its going to be more just giving off bad bad negative energy. We remained calmed and paid. We will never everrrrrrrrr go here again in life. I really hate me and my family werw treated so poorly.

An old favorite, stopped because it is an easy stop off of the interstate. Unfortunately the drive through person taking the order couldn't speak English?! I spoke the language he supposedly spoke and he still couldn't understand me?! At that point it seemed like a stupid prank. Sad waste of my time and business for the restaurant. The manager who was over the Saturday night drive-through shift 10/21/23. Should seriously consider his supervision and placement of staff.

If your white, go to another site.. Inside staff is disrespectful, under trained, and use hood language to disrespect individuals. If you ask for expectation of food and customer service they want to get off the clock and fight. Waited for the police they threatened to call, they never came.Why, because they were wrong and knew it. Manager was on the phone trying to support this behavior. I much rather go to another restaurant, any restaurant. Left communication with corporate office in TN. I am sick of paying for food and having to do all but cook it... horrible service. They rather smoke outside and disrespect people. Calling me pookie.. oh BTW they don't do trays anymore so everything is treated like a drive through..
