“Been going here since I was a kid. People always friendly and nice. They are happy to help you get a very hot and fresh home-cooked meal..easy in and out . Clean floors and clean restrooms place has been kept up over the many many years they have been open..still in my top favorites since 1977“
“When you get a burger from PDI, it's sloppy, messy, and just a tad bit greasy. What that means in lamen terms, is that it's perfect. This should be the industry standard for what a burger is. The regular is just fine and the jumbo is filling. This isn't a half pound ground bison with a slice of cheese for $14 no sides. This is a burger like God intended. $10 gets you a burger, fries, and a drink. If you have an issue with the quality of this food, the problem is most likely self inflicted. Have never, NEVER, had a bad experience here. Last year, I waited half an hour in the blistering heat on a day when they were short staffed, and I enjoyed every second of this and a chocolate shake.“
“This is a great restaurant! We've returned time and time again. The owner, when we go on Sundays, is always there. He makes it a point to get to know his repeat customers and remember their names, coming out of the kitchen to check how your meal was and to make light conversation. I always thought that was really nice of him, as busy as he must be. The rest of his staff are always very friendly as well. His store is clean and always well stocked, I don't believe we've ever been told "sorry we're all out" I'm sure it does happen from time to time and maybe we've been lucky but my family has been coming here for years and it just simply has not happened to us. I think this speaks to the management's dedication and attention to detail!. When a restaurant's food and service is questionable, we simply do not return. That's never been the case with Laurel's Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. If it were in the future, our past experiences here would warrant notifying the manager, as we know he would rectify the situation. We have yet to find this necessary. Keep up the great work, guys!“
“I had a great time visiting Laurel with my family. This little creamy was a complete delight. It is within walking distance of downtown and has indoor and outdoor seating. To my delight they also have vegan options. I ended up getting a vegan milkshake with fruit and it was topped with coconut whipped cream. So yummy!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options“
