Dont go here! Went through drive though, paid and was asked to pull forward. 30 min later I was still waiting. Food took 45 min to come out. I didn't know making a sandwich took so long. Service was terrible and employees were rude the entire time.

Not only did I wait over 30 minutes trapped in the drive thru before placing my order, it was wrong three different times. All I wanted was an egg and cheese biscuit. I first received an egg biscuit, then a cheese only biscuit. Finally, I received a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I gave up and took what was made for me, not what I ordered. (Bear in mind that at this point, they were basically throwing the food at me). Let me be clear, I don't blame the employees. I blame the franchise owner who pays their employees so little that they can only attract people who are so far out of their depth and clearly don't care. Perhaps if paid more than barely above minimum wage, you'd have motivated employees and would have no need for a sign that says "NO REFUNDS."

I ordered my food at 12:33 today, I was warned about their prices by the cashier for some reason, I never asked...anyway I noticed as I was trying to find a lid for my drink that they didn't have a single one that fit. Then I noticed every table in here is just nasty, sticky food and some sort of brown residue on the tables and seats...food was fine, but the 1210 Gluckstadt rd, Madison, MS location has gone downhill bad...

Pulled up at 8:45am ordered a #1 burger combo. Was notified by the attendant that I’ll have to wait for that because she’s serving breakfast right now. She also notified me that she was the only employee in the building working. It’s not really her fault that this location cannot hire and sustain employees. One person running an entire store is insane! The point is, that was none of my business. If it’s on the menu & the business is open, you should be providing the service without trying to make to customer feel bad about ordering it. Nonetheless, after waiting at least 30 minutes for the order, I eventually drove off without it. Will be disputing with my bank.
