“This was my first time ever going to Jason's Deli, and now that there's one in Madison, I finally had a chance to try it. To say this place was busy is an understatement, as this place was SUPER packed during lunchtime. I ordered the Southwest Bowl, and for $12 it's like a Chipotle Bowl without the extra stuff and the portions are right on. I made the command decision to do go-to instead of eating there, and I did have to wait 15-20 mins. Overall, it's a good place to go if you aren't in a hurry to go somewhere afterwards!“
“I visited on Veterans Day to get free Signature Chicken Sandwich. Veteran’s were required to download app and then have coupon scanned. This is a bit much especially for older Veterans who really don’t get into apps etc. I had trouble pulling up coupon and the young lady who assisted also couldn’t find it to download. It didn’t appear in my app. The general manager (Lynn) stated that this had been an issue all day and she had to comp the sandwich.The service was impeccable as Fara and Kennedy were awesome. They greeted everyone with a smile and were extremely friendly and helpful. This is what you call excellent customer service!!!!The atmosphere is great! It’s very cozy; nice and clean. It seems it must be u see new management because the last I visited, which has been awhile, the dining area wasn’t very neat and clean. It seems Lynn is also doing a wonderful job and should be commended.I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommended this location. “The food is the best barbecue in our area by far. Everything is homemade-fresh cut fries, delicious Brussel sprouts, the best Mac and cheese. Salads are so fresh and the dressings are delicious. The sides are just as impressive as the barbecue to me. My favorite meat is the brisket, but I’ve tried several things there that have all been good. My husband loves the ribs and burnt ends. The banana pudding is the best I’ve ever had! They also have a really good lunch deal I’ve been enjoying lately too. Go early before they run out! It’s the best in town.“
“Just had a girls lunch here and the food is really good. So is the service. Only issue is my sister said it had a bathroom smell but she have a sensitive noise anyway. I wouldn’t say it was a bathroom smell lol. I still will definitely go back here again.“
“We had lunch there this past Sunday. Although the place was packed, we only waited a few minutes to get seated. Our waiter was fantastic! His timing was perfect, he was polite, & kept drinks refilled. The food was delicious! We had the plate for 2 with Brussels sprouts, fried okra, & chili for sides.“
“The salad options are very good The food is usually fresh The staff is nice and very helpful. It is a bit pricey so be prepared to spend about 16 $17 on a salad. “My only criticism is that the carry out needs to prioritize drinks and sauce . I get that they’re busy (esp this location) ,but EVERY time my food is in the pickup I have to ask for my drink and wait forever for it to be made. And they usually forget my sauces.Love this Chick-fil-A but it’s always sooo busy. especially during 4-6 on weekdays at ~9-10 and 6-9 on weekends. It’s usually the Madison central kids (since it’s right across the street) and people getting off work. The line sometimes overlaps the building but, my food is still hot no matter how long im waiting.(9/10 times)…“
