Ordered the Triple Decker Four Cheese Melt. When the waitress brought it out, it didn't have tomato bisque. I asked her if it was supposed to come with it, she said no it didn't come with it. Had to wait another 5 minutes or so until I saw the waitress again to ask for silverware because it was never brought to the table. I looked at the menu just before paying and the menu says it's supposed to have tomato bisque. I told the waitress that the menu says it's supposed to have it and she replied "we're out of it." I ended up having to pay full price for a meal that didn't have everything with it. $18.17 plus tip for bread, cheese, fries, and a tea that was never refilled.

DONT STOP HERE ! Employees have personal issues and are not focused on meeting the customer needs. Food was cold and bathrooms were filthy.

The food was delicious! It looked exactly how they displayed it on the menu, and it tasted even better. The service was amazing as well, the lady at the counter was so sweet and all the food and drinks came out very quickly, which is super helpful on road trips. The restaurant isn't super crowded as well so it was pretty peaceful. Everything was very comfortable and it kind of feels straight out of a movie! Everyone was so sweet and if you're friendly with them I'm sure you'll receive the same. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for somewhere to eat!!

Miss April had some serious attitude from the moment we walked in because we dared sit all the way in the corner (1st available semi clean table) because we had the audacity to ask her to wipe the table down, didn't have 1/2 the things we asked for, broccoli was 1 step from raw, rice stuck together like it'd been sitting all day, windows are so dirty you can't see out them, window sills are dusty and bug ridden (they'll migrate to your table) she never came back to check on us, and we had to hunt her down the get the check and settle up...??
I will stop each time I get a chance to sit down for lunch or dinner. Nice people and pretty good food.

This place is AWEFUL! Stay away at all cost. It's better to drive 2 hours to Birmingham for literally anything else. A Waffle House closed for 5 years would be better than this place. Food is cheap cheap cheap. Like whatever is cheaper than great value sausage, eggs, and pancakes, that's what they used. The server was rude and disrespectful and they only had 2 people working there. I would've had a better experience getting a quick trip gas station burrito than the meal I got here. Whoever is leaving good reviews of this place either works there or has the competency of someone in the White House. JUST KEEP DRIVING! ITS NOT WORTH IT!

They close at 12:00. I walked in at 10:30 and this was my greeting, “We done poured out all the coffee because it’s close to closing time so you can’t have any coffee.”

Not much atmosphere at this truck stop, but when you just want a meal, that's not a top priority. The breakfast we had was excellent -- good old down home food, nothing fancy, but just good. I write this 8 hours later and I'm still not hungry. The French Toast was among the best I have ever had, and the eggs were cooked perfectly! "Lou" or Luanna, was on duty, and she treated us like we were guests in her home. She was delightful and a real asset to the restaurant.

Idk if I came here at the wrong time or if people these days really have absolutely no standard for what decent food should taste like. Horrible food. Got Buffalo chicken with Mac and cheese. First of all, way too much food. Just a waste. Secondly, its drowning in Buffalo sauce. There's so much of it you cannot taste Mac and cheese or the chicken at all. Total trash. Had to send it back and replace it with some eggs and sossage. How do people eat such garbage and then leave 4 stars?
