Wish the inside renovations weren't happening the one time I'm traveling through Meridian, other than that no complaints ? excellent service and food quality ?Parking: New construction has the entrance busy with overflow from adjacent strip mall, so that's a bummer.

We had an almost 20 minute wait time but they were fresh. 2 steamer packs will run you $56.00. That's not bad for 48 krystals

The service was substandard . Missed mark on every single thing you associate service with. It took almost an hour to get 3 meal deals . Without any update from the assist Mgr who was manning the window. She forgot our drinks n when we dis get them they were wrong. And to offset any shortcomings on there part we were not even offered a discount to return as a matter of fact she never apologized for the inconvenience and never once told us thank you or come again.

First it’s a Krystals in Meridian, MS so don’t expect wonders. Although it’s only been open 1-2 years so it should be better too. Lobby is seemingly always closed. Yesterday around 5pm had a handwritten sign on the door reading “lobby closed for renovations.” Again only been open a year or two tops but already renovating lobby? Also saw one of the workers chilling in the lobby by the entrance. Bad optics. Another evening raced over there before closing at 10 and was already shut down by 9:30. Again not a good look. However drive thru speed is good and window cashier is usually atleast somewhat polite. Food isn’t bad either albeit there’s some sloppiness. I don’t care for the new brown fries either as I was fine with shoestring personally. It’s a little worrying not being able to see the inside of where your food is made and coincidentally felt slightly ill after eating. I am glad it’s there though as nearest ‘decent’ location is in Philadelphia.

This is the worst Krystal's I've ever had. It's always cold. The burgers had some strange meat paste on the bun under the cold undercooked patty. Krystal's has always been my favorite fast food when I'm near one. I will never eat at Krystal's again ,?
The meridian ms krystals isn't a good one to go to. I ordered a sack full of 24 with cheese and a coke and paid 35 dollars. Got about halfway home and noticed they had no pickles and they were cold and stale. I went back and told them they had no pickles and expected them to make some new ones. They took them back through the window and obviously took them all apart and added pickles to them instead of making new ones because when I got them back they were all cold and stale and looked like they had been taken apart. I will not be back.To Krystal owner in the reply. I already did.

So gross. Idk what they gave me, it was awful the worst Krystal I have ever eaten at. I didn't even eat took a bit an trashed it. Gross! Listerine couldn't get that gross taste out of my mouth. Unless you are trying not to impress your tastbuds don't go there.
