As a MSU student, I have attempted to eat at this location two times. Both times I received chicken nuggets that were inadequate in both size and temperature. The staff is hurried and rude, and the displays seem outdated, ill-lit, and possibly dingy. Save yourself the upset and go to the Chik-Fil-A located on MS 12-East. There you will get the bang for your buck you deserve as well as customer service that matches whta Chik-Fil-A stands for.
I probably won't waste my money or my flex here again because this is the 10th time I've walked away with either no food or no drink because it is so disorganized that I continue to be skipped while 15 other costumers get their order.

This is the Chick-fil-A outlet inside the student union. It is a very efficient chain with both kiosk ordering as well as cashier ordering. Their spicy deluxe sandwiches are really good.
