It's an alright place. They're trying to be conscious of Covid and the flow is pretty good. Pre Corona it would get way too crowded on game days and around major meal times, but it's decent place to get a meal.
Great food. Plenty of seating. Great place to check out various student organizations or events; tables are set out for things like study abroad sign up, organizations reaching out, etc.

I was at MSU for the NCLC competition in March 2023. This building is awesome. It's like a mall-- there's a food court and a little gas station type market downstairs. I took a nap on one of the couches and nobody even disturbed me. 10/10 experience.
