Chicken Pot pie sucked mashed potatoes instead of gravy

So tired of ordering a PLAIN chicken sandwich, only to receive it with mayo. When I go back for what I paid for, I get 2 chicken strips ona bun. HAD I WANTED a chicken strip sandwich, I would have ordered it!

First off, the called to tell me they were out of dark meat, and asked to swap for white(ok fine). However, I ordered the fill ups box that is supposed to have fries… there is no fries in that box. Also ordered a side of gravy, and received 2 cold single serving size mashed potatos and gravy. Never again will I order from this location. I’ll go to Ferriday where at least it’s good!

Just needs to close their doors! Make a complaint and corporate has yet to call me back. I visited the store again and asked for fresh food and they gave me the worst of the worst!! Then you call and they never answer. Did I mention there were no cars in the drive through for them to move slowly having you think you are getting fresh food!

Please update the signage. The door says the lobby closes at 8:30. When my husband and I started to come in and eat, an employee met us at the door and told us the lobby closes at 7:30. There was nothing that indicated this on the door. What about posting help wanted if more help is needed?

The food was good and hotHowever my sweet tea was awful and I had to go thur the drive thru again since the dining room was still closed.

12:30 lunch time, not one person there or in drive thru, was told it was 15 minute wait on everything. Not the first time either

Close this place down! Rude employees, no people skills.Ordered online to avoid the hassle but the clown at the pickup window couldn't resist making a simple transaction stupid. Go back to the drive in window and tell your order information at the drive in she says!It's a pleasant Saturday morning, this KFC location has been open 15 minutes and no one is at the drive in until we have to go around to appease this racist. Over the speaker, she goes off again and then wouldn't show her face at the drive up, directing another employee to fill our order. But just to be sure we won't soon forget this day, we received fries instead of Cole slaw. Having lived here for over a decade, we have experienced the racial tension and unfortunately almost expect it at Walmart, fast food and convenience stores. The mayor and other leaders work diligently to bring tourism to town but some of the locals have such an attitude in encounters with others different than themselves. The majority of our purchasing is online, self check out or a drive to a nearby town or larger city within 1 to 2 hours.
