The worst with customer service. They had lost my order I had placed for a pick up time of 5pm. Placed the order at 3pm. Had to get a refund due to them losing my order and I was not about to wait 2 hrs for them to remake it because they are backed up. Also I’ve tried to contact customer service about my issue and nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve been trying to reach someone since the incident it happened on 31-Oct-2023

Might want to let the delivery driver in the red Camaro know that per Mississippi state law brake checking falls under road rage / negligent driving and is illegal.

There is very poorly worded signage on the coolers and everywhere for the staff. It made me uncomfortable as a patron. It, as anyone can tell u, is super unprofessional. It is an embarrassment and causes a unmotivating, hostile work environment. But the food was good. The person who wrote those notes should be fired. I'm not being a Karen, I care about the staff

I won't be returning to this Papa John's store. Instead of brushing the bread sticks with butter, it was poured on top of them and all over in the box. There was so much that it leaked onto the box beneath it and left a mess on the seat of my car. I'm upset that I bothered to leave a tip for such sloppy work. Just lazy.

Customers need to know that the 8" pizza doesn't come with banana pepper and garlic dipping sauce. I would have ordered it on the side had I known. I mean it's the reason I order Papa John's. After two deliveries with zero of either I called and asked if it comes with the pizza and they said no. So, be warned that although it doesn't indicate it on the menu you won't get the Papa John's experience that is advertised on the box the pizza comes in! Such a waste of money and food. Fool me twice shame on me.
The blonde at the window checks her phone, opens the window and tilts her head to the side as if to say can I help you? I say my name and then she repeats a completely different name. Acts irritated when I say my name again. Gets my pizza and gives it to me and doesn’t say a word. We will go to other establishments from now on. This was the second time in a month I was treated unfriendly here. My money can be spent elsewhere.

Ordered for the first time in 15 years after a horrible experience with papa John's.....just to have another horrible experience. Food was disgusting and the service, if you can call it that, was terrible. I pulled up to the pick up window and the girl shoved the receipt in my face for me to sign. Then she took the receipt back and handed me my order and never said a single word! Never going back to papa John's.

Part of the order was left off, the pricing was not what was advertised on their website, the food had NO taste at all . . . just squishy, could not tell what toppings were on the pizza. Such a dissatisfied meal and a real waste of money but delivery was good.

The food is decent. The guys here are pretty good with their customer service skills. The red head little girl always lacks customer service skills and seems to never really want to be there. I suppose when I order from here I'll need to do it during school hours. I didn't want to leave a review like this the first time, so I waited til the 3rd time. Poor customer service skills on her part, but the rest of the crew has always been rather nice.
