Placed an order through DoorDash yesterday. It was delivered and part of my order was missing. Ok... It's fine... Everybody makes mistakes. It happens. Decided to try again today, and the exact same thing happened. This time I contacted Jason's Deli to let them know that this is twice in a row now... Part of my order was missing. Talked to the "manager" Walter. Very rude. "I packed your order myself and I know it's right. I put everything in there!" I said no sir, I'm looking in the bag, and that item is definitely not in there. Immediate attitude..."Well I know I put that in there so I don't know what you want me to do about it!" I'm a manager myself... Customer service is always a priority. Jason's Deli.... Train your people better.

Great chili, fantastic muffaleta (one of the best here locally), and the Chicken Pot Pie Soup is one of the very best soups I have ever tasted anywhere (phenomenal & unexpectedly delicious!!!). Last experience there was a take out meal for home but always love dining in because it gives us the chance to enjoy their fantastic salad bar that is worth whatever price you pay. Great food & great staff...our family just loves our local Jason's Deli!!!

Stopped by to pick up some soup to go. But unfortunately it took 20 minutes to prepare. Couldn't understand because there restaurant was pretty much empty and there were plenty of employees standing around talking.

Jason's, you are the absolute WORST in customer service. You blame Door Dash for your mess up on an order placed through them. All they did was pick up and deliver. You messed the order up not once but twice and now my son has to work the rest of his shift without lunch and all because of you. I will blast you and this issue all over social media and you'll be lucky if I don't call the news and an attorney. You just lost two of your best customers because we will never again beckon the door of your establishment . I am also going to let Door Dash know that you are going to cost them a fortune with your "mistakes" and you aren't even willing to admit that it's ALL your fault.

We were excited to find a Jasons Deli near Memphis, being long time fans from our years of eating there in Texas. However, the prices were about 33% higher than our last visit, and the salad bar only allowed one trip. There was no service per se, but a tip was hard to avoid at the register.
