I'm never coming back to this location again. It's a subway franchise that does not take coupons. Then when you ask for extra you get a small amount and get charged.

Nasty attitudes. The server made my sandwich so fast and messy. I brought it to her attention nicely. She rushed me out the store and yelled at me twice. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!

Terrible service, sloppy sandwiches, and over all rude. The lady working the register was nice but her coworker was horrible. Rushed service, you could tell she annoyed because we ordered more than 3 sandwiches. Overall a horrible experience and won’t be going back to this subway and, will be warning my peers to do the same.

I just had the worst sandwich I've ever had at a Subway. The white bread was so dry and hard. The lettuce had brown edges. The taste was subpar. After 2 bites I threw it away. Very disappointed!

Edit: The D.M. called and refunded my money. He said that he is working with the crew to get them to take the mobile orders more seriously. I went back and got a sandwich and it was fine, so...I placed a mobile order at 7:22 from their parking lot. I was parked right in front of the door and could see into the store. When my ticket printed up, the young girl with the light brown hair threw her hands up and looked mad. She grabbed at the bread pans and the sandwich wrappers and slammed them down pretty rough. Then, she made every single one of my 5 sandwiches wrong. My foot long meatball sub had 3 tiny, dried out, burnt up meatballs on it with no marinara sauce at all. Apparently, they ran low on Meatballs hours ago and instead of putting out more, they just left the last 3 to burn up before sticking them on my foot long. My 4 six inch sandwiches were all either missing sauce that I selected on the app or were drenched in heave mayo, even though I selected "less mayo" and we're very thin and light on the vegetables even though I selected "more" of multiple veggies. My turkey sandwich was on Italian bread instead of Multi grain. Myself and every one of my children were extremely disappointed and of course the store was closed by the time I got home, so I couldn't call and complain or get my food re-made. My kids all have school in the morning so they had to eat their dry meatball, covered in mayo with almost no veggie disgusting sandwiches and then go to bed. I am angry that I wasted my money on Subway who employs lazy teenagers with attitude who don't even try to do their job. They were 40 minutes away from closing when I placed my order and other customers were coming in when I was leaving with my order, so there is no excuse for them not wanting to make my order and messing it up because they were mad that I placed an order.If Subway doesn't want my money, I'll take it somewhere else.

I Was trying to place my order with an older lady, she asked how many sandwiches and I told her one but before I could finish saying what all I wanted a younger woman interrupts saying that I was being rude. Mind you she wasn't even making our food the lady that was never said anything because I wasn't rude at all but My husband and I just looked at each other because I am always polite anyways long story short she continued to interrupt with a nasty attitude and still I wasn't rude until she just wouldn't stop then I told her what I thought of how ignorant she was acting so finally we just said we will go somewhere else. We will not be going back to that particular subway.
