“Honestly it’s so good, I got the combo pho to try tendon and meatballs for the first time in pho. Completely missed the tripe in the description, and honestly it was the best tripe (and pho) I’ve ever had. I wasn’t in a rush to get out but the girl who was there seated me immediately (they were pretty busy with the cold weather and snow) and when I was checking out we had a great conversation about my general aversion to tripe and astonishment that I loved the tripe in the pho, and the overall benefits to tendon (lots of collagen which is great for your skin/nails/hair/etc). I’ve been here before for their noodle bowls and I’m so glad their pho is just as good!!“

“I've eaten with Vann for over 30 years. One of the kindest people you could ever hope to do business with. My food is always great! She makes dishes for me sometimes not on her menu as long as I give her a little time to prepare. Very fairly priced restaurant that isn't expensive.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from.“
