“Great food and good service don’t understand the race comments below because while we ate they knew just about every African American person by name… and ask them about facility member so I think those comments are very individual based on customer attitudes. I ordered a wrap around (bread mustard and sausage) with a pulled pork Sandwich and it definitely hit the spot !!!“
“I absolutely love ❤️ tays bbq. There Ribs are so delicious ? and Amazing && very decent quality and price too. My husband got me hooked however he’d go there to get the bbq pork which he said is amazing bbq pork sandwiches ? and he was going there and he knows I don’t care for bbq really so he said come in with me and I did however after purchasing two of there tays bbq T-shirt’s of course ??♀️??♀️ but I eat ribs if they are tender however my husband said well I know you will like these and we’d got the family pack and I’m telling y’all it’s a lot of delicious ? food and a very decent price to feed a family meal for dinner it was $31 plus taxes of course and that’s a slab of ribs and two sides and let me tell you it was the most amazing thing I’ve had and it’s so good I had to share“
“I was in the area for work today. I was really wanting some country cooking. Google brought me to Faye’s Kitchen. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Faye herself. She gave me a sample plate of all the sides and each dish was delicious. It was so hard to choose which one was the best. I chose the rib plate with three sides and banana pudding. All of it was delicious and enough food for two people. Customer service was next level. Everyone spoke and was super nice. I’ll definitely become a regular, any time I’m near this way with work I’m coming to Faye’s Kitchen!!“

“JUST GO! We visited Mommas BBQ (aka Mollies Kitchen) on 2/24/24 after wanting some bbq from a "hole in the wall". Listennnnnnn... it looks like a shack, but it didn't disappoint... I love to eat from a shack. "Momma" was sitting outside as customer arrived. There was a table of homemade cakes, sweet potato pies, and pecan pies (sold out). There was a homemade wooden "cash register" that I'm assuming "Momma" used when she was younger. Her son had a notebook writing customers names and taking orders. He was extremely efficient as he was calling orders in to the "kitchen", one by one. When one order came out, he'd call the next one in. We were watching smoked meat come off of the grill and go into the "kitchen", and watching as they kept track of how much meat they had before they would accept another order... to make sure they had what the customer wanted. I added to my order after it had already been paid for, and he didn't miss a beat adding my additional items. We ordered a chicken plate, a rib plate, a turkey leg, and 2 mini sweet potato pies. Impression....Ribs without sauce- 9/10- flavor was good, nice char, no sauce was even needed, and you can taste the smoke.Chicken with sauce- 9/10. Great portion. Freshly smoked. Packed with flavor. Smoke flavor into the bone.Turkey leg- 10/10. I can't say enough about it. Just get you one. Moist. Smoky. HUGE. Delicious skin.Sweet potato pies- 8/10. Delicious taste but a very thick crust. Tastes like my grandmothers and I'd love to be able to order a whole one and have more pie than crust.Potato salad- 7/10. Definitely homemade with loveBaked beans- 3/10. Straight from the can. If they'd add their bbq sauce and put them on the smoker, that would be a game changer.Overall 8/10. It's a shame we had to drive all the way from Mobile, AL just to find good bbq, but we'll definitely be back.Guaranteed!This place is only open on Saturdays though, and when it's gone, it's gone.“
