Needs new staff!!!!!Pascagoula us-90 store#1596First of all when I pull up people in the parking lot smoking weed that should have been a sign but my wife wanted a strawberry milkshake but it was running like it was a race I give it back they tell me I can’t get a refund,so they offered a frappe. And I Told them that I drove up there to get a milkshake I didn’t want it frappe.If I saw a no refund sign I wouldn’t have even ordered.The way the manager handled that was insane.If I spent my money on a milkshake and food ,that’s I should’ve not gotten was like strawberry milk.So with that being said Mc Donald took my money and I had to throw my kids food in the garbage cause it was ice cold.So I lost. I never had to go through this when it all could have been avoided.She could’ve offered store credit if y’all machine wasn’t working properly.Instead of the manager calling the cops on me when I paid for my food she should’ve been calling on the guys who were smoking weed in the parking lot and she was standing there with them .

We ordered through the App. All the doors were locked. Several employees inside. Not sure why the doors were locked at 9:45 am. They didn't have the breakfast burrito either. Unfriendly service

Every time I come to this McDonald's the lobby is locked. The employees are rude. I've seen them doing each other's hair, pore tea back into the large container, and so many other violations.
Very immature kids working the drive through with bad communication skills . Never once a yes sir ,no sir or excuse me an because she was distracted doing whatever an not listening to my order. When I got my order it was missing chicken nuggets an also repeated my order 5 times to her while she continued to ignore me. When I went in there , there were other people complaining about their meals as well! Awful visit almost Everytime I go there. Employees are never paying attention an are super rude. An don't get corrected for it obviously or they wouldn't be able to do it again Everytime I come back through months later. Not sure why they are not correcting these young lads . It helps them grow. An they I guess will be out future management in such restaurants in the future to come. That's unfortuniteFor McDonald's as a whole.

The absolute worst!!! I ordered on the app for voa curbside... I pulled into a space, seconds later a employee comes out and asked if im "Jasmine?" ??♀️I sat in the parking lot for 20 mins before going in to ask for a refund.. unbenounced to me this location doesn't perform refunds at this location! Like, really? I explained to them that i gad been waiting for my food and they didn't care!! They need to clean house, its ridiculous!!!
