Sam the manager has such a great attitude , he was so patient as he was multitasking, helping other counters , employees; while dealing with a rude customer . He should get a $6 raise . He's phenomenal! ?

The young man that was preparing the pizza..had no gloves on and was picking all over the food..it was disgusting, in the stage of coronovirus ..none of the employees had on gloves..that is nasty. I want be visiting that store until changes are made.

The women taking orders was rude. And of course, after they take your payment the then tell you have to wait. Arrived at 3:29 pm and they had nothing ready not even a peperoni pizza. If they close this place down it would be a good thing. This place is the worst Little Creasers location in the state. this is not the first time this has happened. The food is never consistent one minute the pizza is cooked properly and the next time it is not. Frozen Pizza from the grocery is better than this place.

The guy working the evening of 2/15/23 was rude. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years and this guy was not it. This use to be my favorite place but it’s obvious Management does not care if their employees are rude to customers or not. I’ve complained so many times and get hanged up on. I would most definitely not recommend to go to this place. It’s gross and the employees simply do not care about anything.

Literacy is not an employee requirement at this location. Every single time I’ve been to this location (around 6 times) in the last 4 months, my order has been completely wrong. The bad service mixed with gaslighting from employees is crazy. 0/10
Terrible customer service. We walked in and saw four employees. None of them bothered to even look our way. They either had their backed turned to the entrance on their phones. One of them was sitting on the counter, I saw some crocs on the floor, someone must of been shoeless at work. We asked for the only ready to eat pizza they had available, scared to order anything different that wasn’t already made. Who knew how long it would take. The staff on shift had zero interest in helping out anyone who walked in.

Today… December 21, 2023THE WORST!WORST STOREWORST EMPLOYEEWORST MESSWORST TREATMENTThere was no PIZZA at all!First, the guy ran and hid in the back as soon as we got out of the vehicle!When he finally came out to the kitchen he was wearing big headphones. He looked at us once then…we said ‘hello’The guy had no interest whatsoever in acknowledging us. Apparently he didn’t like the way we looked ?Like we were invisible.I said, Do you want us to leave … no answerOkay, we’ll leave.
