“My husband and I dine at Los Chicos all the time. David is a fantastic waiter. They all are actually. We just always ask for David as he and my husband like to chat a little. The food is the most authentic we've found since moving to Mississippi 2yrs ago. My husband LOVES the street tacos with carné asada and I switch it up but always get the rice and beans no matter what I get. I typically switch between the burrito supreme, chicken nachos. I can say I do like the Horchata as well as the Piña Colada. For The restaurant is always Very clean and you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. We have never had a bad experience going there.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian menu. They just updated their menu and there are all new vegetarian options galore!Kid-friendliness: They offer kids menu including hamburgers & french fries ?.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs so the entire restaurant is handicap accessible. There's also handicap parking directly in front of the entrance.“
“This place has great foods that are seasoned to perfection. The Red fish (drum) dinner plate is devine. I always get the Carne asada street tacos (steak) added to the side. They are pretty darn good! The place itself could use some updates, but the atmosphere is fine.“
“This was an exceptional experience at Taco Bell, I just have to share it! As with most chain restaurants, one can pretty well expect one visit to be much like another. But, this food was especially fresh and tasty! The store associates were friendly and helpful. (which is becoming more uncommon!)If you are in the area, you should give these folks a visit!My photo is of a spicy potato soft taco, (my favorite). You can see how fresh it was.“
“Incredibly delicious authentic Mexican food. If you love Mexican food this is hands down the best in Hattiesburg. Lovely family opened this gem in a small, extremly clean space located in Oak Grove. Give them a try.....you will not be disappointed. Those of us who know and love Authentic Mexican want them to stay here in Hattiesburg.“
“We are biweekly visitors of Compadres and love their staff/service! My disabled father left his phone in their bathroom, and they kept it from getting stolen. They made sure to keep it safe and that it was returned to its rightful owner.Clean, kind, good food.“
“The food was incredible and so was the service. A friend and I ordered to-go and the lady who took our order was very nice. The food was ready within 10 minutes. Almost had to pull over to eat the food because it smelled so good! I highly recommend!!!“
“This is a wonderful place to eat everything me and my fiance get r great. We have a story about this place tho there was a waitress that worked there and she was the worst waitress ever and I waited tables for 15 yrs so I know lol and I heard a few other people complain about her but we kept goin luckily we had another server and he was good but now that they got rid of her they have tha best service and the food is so good u cam tell they care about serving up good food and it shows“
“Upon pulling into the parking lot I could smell the aroma from there. The parking lot was very clean and free of potholes. As we walked in the greeter was very helpful and courteous. He seated us at a booth that was closer to the back. It was nice and quiet. The atmosphere was very casual. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. It was well lit and inviting. We got our menus and he took our drink orders. The food and drinks were amazing. We had 2 for 1 margaritas. They did not disappoint! The chimichanga was nicely toasted so that the cheese and sauce did not make it soggy. My friend's quesadilla made me want to get one too. There was so much food that neither of us could finish our meal. The wait staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. The prices were very reasonable. “Devoured the Burrito Don Chuy for lunch. This big boy does not play around: the combination of flavour with Philly steak, onions, bell peppers, thick queso and a hint of chorizo is sublime.Do not pass this baby by.For lighter eaters, could even be two meals here (half for now, half for later).“
“I'm not sure what earns five stars, but Los Charros may rank among the top 100 conventional Mexican restaurants in America. Nothing too fancy, but definitely very good. I can't imagine what you did to find yourself in Petal, but it's worth knowing about Los Charros.“
