On a day that reached 107 degrees, after buying groceries, my car's battery died. I cannot say thank you enough for the personnel there that went way above their responsibilities by helping me. Young man named Michael came to the rescue by jumping my car in the heat, the manager that sought me out after I'd waited for over an hour for roadside assistance, and the young man that told the manager that he knew I had a car problem when he was gathering carts in the parking lot. Love this store, it's got a great fresh veggies/fruit section with a decent amount of organic options. A rather inclusive cheese area with a person who can help you select your cheese or cute new cheese for you. A floral area, full Delli and bakery and a butcher area in the back that has seafood and meat for sale. Growing up my mom would buy frozen shrimp and have it steamed there in the Kroger market. They changed the laws now so you must buy it fresh off the bar. Still my favorite place to get a shrimp plate to this day.
