DO NOT order a cake from here unless you want to go to your party empty handed. I ordered bday case twice. once online and then in person when the bakery lady just ignored the first order. second order ~ never made. girl didn't care. her attitude was oh well who cares. that should be Kroger's new mission statement. won't shop here ever again. disgusted

Growing up my mom would buy frozen shrimp and have it steamed there in the Kroger market. They changed the laws now so you must buy it fresh off the bar. Still my favorite place to get a shrimp plate to this day.

I have been with Kroger Pharmacy for 26 years but because of the poor service I am now a Free FROM THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I was constantly having mistakes made with my medication. Just today I tried to call at 3o’clock to order a cake for Monday and the lady said you have 24 hours to order a cake I said I’m going out of town and I would like to get the order made today please and she hung up on me. I’m done I’m done with Kroger Kroger in Richland needs to be taken over ma

I called my prescriptions in on Friday, they were supposed to be ready after 1pm that same day. it's now 530pm, THE NEXT DAY, and my medicines are NOT READY. I do not understand what has happened.

Have been using the online ordering pickup food every week for past 2 months. Unfortunately getting worse and worse service. Out date food, missing items and orders not ready . Hopefully they get this figured out.

On a day that reached 107 degrees, after buying groceries, my car's battery died. I cannot say thank you enough for the personnel there that went way above their responsibilities by helping me. Young man named Michael came to the rescue by jumping my car in the heat, the manager that sought me out after I'd waited for over an hour for roadside assistance, and the young man that told the manager that he knew I had a car problem when he was gathering carts in the parking lot. Great customer service. Thank you!!! I hope Kroger will recognize them.

The online bakery is a joke. We have had not one but two cakes that were ordered online and not done. I’m sitting on hold with their corporate office and getting nothing. If they are experiencing a high call volume then apparently I’m not the first to have a problem. But as most corporate business they don’t care about the one they might loose. I need to find a way to get to them where it means something.

Love this store, it's got a great fresh veggies/fruit section with a decent amount of organic options. A rather inclusive cheese area with a person who can help you select your cheese or cute new cheese for you. A floral area, full Delli and bakery and a butcher area in the back that has seafood and meat for sale. I really like the variety this store offers, plenty of ethnic food options, and a nice clearance section. Although I do with they had more clearance/manager special frozen food because everytime I go they are completely empty in that section. This Kroger really has it all, it even has a kids section and clothing/shoes section. Great store to shop in, it's always clean and organized, staff is always friendly and fellow customers all seem happy.
