“I have been eating at this place for 20 years. I have never received poor service or bad food at this location, and every recommendation the staff has ever made has been fantastic. If Arby's doesn't attempt to emulate the experience here at every location, they should.“
“I frequent this Five Guys almost once a week. The burger and fries are always spot on! Hot fries, hot and correct burger — no problem with the food.The service is what’s making me give it 4 stars. Staff often seems hassled by taking my order — as though they’d rather not deal with my want to order a burger. But sometimes their more friendly, though that’s like every one out of four or five times.Overall, a good Five Guys.Kid-friendliness: Could totally take your kid there.“
“Until my refund is issued I cannot recommend this location.Update: Jay’Veana, I hope I spelled that right, was an absolute delight and was able to handle my refund promptly. Ultimately, the issue was from the app and corporate really needs to deal with it. However, this location was able to rectify the situation and process my refund. I’m so glad too because this is the nicest location we have in our area. 10/10“

“This is a very very nice location. I love the seating area with comfortable chairs. The young lady who took my order never spoke and wasn’t very friendly. I was there around 10am, 11/11 for Veterans Day. I ordered the Bacon croissant meal as I rarely visit fast food restaurants. But it looked tasty!After ordering I walked away from counter. I waited about 5 minutes or longer for order although I was the only one who placed an order inside. The young lady who took my order did ask if I needed jelly. She also made a remark to another employee that the customers in drive through had been very rude; jerking bag from hand etc. Maybe this is why she behaved in unfriendly way towards me but another customers behavior has absolutely nothing to do with me!I didn’t feel welcomed nor was it a very pleasant experience. Those who own these facilities are unaware of how important customer service truly is when it comes to whether or not we return. The building is exceptional but the service sucks!“
“Stopped by to get a treat for the family, took a bit longer than I would've liked, however big shout out for DeShun and Wakisha who stopped what they were doing to get our orders when asked and provided us with some spoons so we could be on our way.I know they were busy and moving around but I definitely wanted to thank them for taking time out. “Honestly, I like Subway. I like the customization and the amount of fresh vegetables I can stack on a sandwich without getting charged extra. That said, when I typically go to one I'm either pleased or disappointed because Subway franchises are notoriously inconsistent, even as a single store. Yet I have never been disappointed coming to this one. I work nearby so I come here often because it's a relatively decent meal for not a terrible price, and the staff knew exactly how I wanted my sandwiches within just a couple of days. That's a level of service I don't get very often, which is awesome. They're always very nice and they do a great job. I will definitely be returning, and I'm very glad to buy sandwiches from this franchise.“
“I love Twisted Pretzels. They are always freshly backed, the dips are really good with the pretzel, and the service is great. My favorite pretzel is the pepperoni twist with butter and marinara sauce. I go almost once a week just for the pretzels.“
