“One and only has become our go to bbq place. The bbq is amazing - specifically the ribs according to my husband. The atmosphere is nice. Only down side is how loud the chairs are on the floor when you have kids who constantly move them lol. Last night my baby ate some macaroni from there and boom, slept 10 hours! Parents, do with that what you will lol.“
“This location is very nice and stylish. Great place to watch games, balanced sodas, great food (as always). The service on the day we went was great even though they seemed to be running on a light staff. Was a great experience for the first time at this location. All the other locations have been just as great but not as nice atmosphere as this location.“
“This is a lovely little hidden gem BBQ joint in Memphis with amazing food and great service. They are a small joint that offers take out as well as both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside of the place was very hot, and it was a bit small and cramped. However I understand the location can't do much about these, although it still does affect the experienceHowever, if you are not bothered by such things, the food is amazing. I had a wet half rack of ribs. The BBQ sauce was excellent and the meat was cooked great, tender and easy to eat off the bone. The ribs also came with sides, I had fries which were cooked and seasoned nicely, as well as deviled eggs, which were sweeter than I envisioned although I'm sure people who like sweet deviled eggs would love them. They also provide toast which is buttery and soft goodness. To finish off they have a variety of cakes as desert and I had a vanilla cake, it was a double layer very large cake, recommend sharing with a loved one or a friend, but it was very sweet and tasty too, a good way to end the night in Memphis.Overall One & Only BBQ is a great hidden gem joint with amazing service, amazing food. Even if the cramped and hot space sounds like a deal breaker, you can always sit outside or order take out too!“
“Food is great, prices are great, atmosphere is great! Wide variety of food options. My 3 favorite meals are the duck quesadillas, Al Pastor tacos and of course the Baba Burger! They do a table side guacamole that is a half to as well. Enjoy!“
“This place has a great selection of cheesecakes & flavors. If you want a specific flavor, it's best to call ahead or order before going as they don't always have all flavors available on hand. Really good cheesecake. Definitely recommend it!“
“Wow!!! What a hidden gem! They have nightly drink specials...wish is was Monday! The food is Fabulous!! Our Guacamole was so fresh, All the portions were " Extra", and the flavors were wonderful! Great Chef! One of The Best Tamales I've ever had in my life! Drinks were excellent! And the bar is pretty fantastic! Loved our server also!“
“Food was good, it was pricey for what you get, but we didn't have complaints about the taste. Wait staff was wonderful. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. However, the overhead music is just AWFUL. It is a recording of a female lounge singer doing covers of classic 80s and 90s songs...and it is like nails on a chalkboard. They would be better to just play jazz or better yet, play the original songs and let us enjoy the music.“
“Oh my the goodness everything was so delicious so much flavor. No second guessing just go you will not regret it. I use to eat crawfish from other companies the favor was is off. I use to taste so much dirt in my crawfish. Memphis Crawfish Company is the best I ever I had in Memphis.“
“Food was unreal. Seriously! But, we got there (from Dallas, TX) as they were closing. What did they do? Provided us something of everything they make!! We had a huge tray of their meats & sides and we sat right outside to try it all.What great people! “We were in Memphis for a little wedding anniversary getaway and saw this place was close to where we were staying. So we decided before going back home to Missouri we needed to try it out, and let me tell you we were anything but disappointed. We were greeted and sat immediately by a very nice hostess. Our server Chris greeted us shortly after and was an absolute delight. Our food came out timely and was absolutely delicious. If we should find ourselves in Memphis again we will definitely be returning.“
