We use the online pickup option. The app gives you a time but don't get there on time. Set a time two hours before you want to pick up. They might have it ready by then. Twice I have arrived within my time window just to be told I'll have to wait. Exasperation a plenty.
To the young man who helped me yesterday morning right at 10am, THANK YOU! I didn’t catch his name but he is a true blessing! He stopped what he was doing to help locate some baby formula that showed they had it online. It wasn’t on the shelf yet and I know he could see my disappointment. It took him a minute to locate it while a few of us patiently waited, hoping he could find it and he did. I hope he sees this post and know how much he is appreciated and an excellent employee...read full review

Sam's had everything that I was looking for and extras that I didn't need. Lol! The greeters were nice and friendly and the service was satisfying. The cashier was professional and very polite. Great shopping experience!!!
