Sam's had everything that I was looking for and extras that I didn't need. Lol! The greeters were nice and friendly and the service was satisfying. The cashier was professional and very polite. Great shopping experience!!!

We use the online pickup option. The app gives you a time but don't get there on time. Set a time two hours before you want to pick up. They might have it ready by then. Twice I have arrived within my time window just to be told I'll have to wait. Exasperation a plenty.

To the young man who helped me yesterday morning right at 10am, THANK YOU! I didn’t catch his name but he is a true blessing! He stopped what he was doing to help locate some baby formula that showed they had it online. It wasn’t on the shelf yet and I know he could see my disappointment. It took him a minute to locate it while a few of us patiently waited, hoping he could find it and he did. I hope he sees this post and know how much he is appreciated and an excellent employee to have ❤️

Do NOT shop here. If I could give zero stars I would. Used the scan & go option & had to screenshot my emailed receipt to exit with my 1 single item. The two women then said all I needed was my membership card to scan. She scanned it & i needed a hard copy receipt from member services to leave with the item. While waiting I downloaded the app & the card on the app was the EXACT SAME as the one I had in hand they said would not work. Member services gave me what I thought to be a receipt but the two women said it was a purchase history not a receipt that they could scan. Eventually told me I could leave. All of that for a box of pineapples. Better off driving further out than dealing with that. Couldn't pay me enough to come back here

The gas is cheaper than anywhere else, that's worth the membership alone. Store has some nice food items not available anywhere else

I love the ever changing perishable product offerings such as Potato and Corn based Snakes, along with the stables like the Roasted Chicken, and the Fresh Baked Bread! I can get everything from Diesel to Gasoline to clothing!

Well been a member for two years now and sorry to say that if you expect any kind of customer service you will not get it here employee’s are rude and hang phone up constantly Sams please don’t be scared to hire and fire there are plenty of nice people willing to work

They failed to put an item in my pickup order. I didn’t notice until I had made it home an hour away. I have been calling for two days straight starting at 6am. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE ALL DAY!!!! I finally got a person on the phone yesterday. She took all of my information including my order number and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!! It’s sad!! This location needs to be SHUTDOWN!

This is my first time coming to the Southaven location. One thing I do like about Sam's clubs is that the store is always neat and organized it's never anything that's out of place or cluttered in the aisle everything is always stacked nice and neat and organized. And employees are always helpful to give you assistance and finding things because the story is busy and big. It's always going to be a line at the registers just be prepared for that but 90% of the time it goes fast as well as a line leaving the store but that goes fast as well I was able to find Max's hazmats no problem and check out last in about 3 minutes even though the store was very crowded.

I ordered a food platter for an office party. The person on the phone took the order and explained that the platter would be ready for pickup the next day. Because I am a business person, the next day I called before sending one of the staff members to pick up the platter, and they claimed it was never ordered. I gave the name of the person that I had spoken with. The person on the phone stated that the trays have to be picked up in 24 to 48 hours. I explained that I was aware of that and the order was placed the day prior. She continued with the lie but also said she sees my name and number, yet there was no tray. She continue to tell me that they sold a tray the prior day. Yet I was told it would be 24 hours before the tray would be ready. Very poor business and customer service. No integrity. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

it's a sam's. show your membership card, walk in, buy in bulk, check out, leave. do not expect outstanding customer service, or any for that matter. which seems to be the retail status quo these days.
