Dry, tasteless meat, more of a slaw sandwich. I have had better beans straight from the can. that was my last review, I tried them again, TOPS BAR-B-Q is officially the Mcdonald's of Barbecue Places. Patties were so small on the burger they looked like breakfast sausage, they were fried to the point of being brittle, to hide and cover up the taste they dumped a jar of mustard on the sandwich and a half a chopped onion. The jumbo barbecue was the size of a regular hamburger bun. The beans were straight out of a can, mixed up with some meat and bbq sauce. They were not even warmed up. Actually Worse than McDonalds, because this was prepared on site. Never going back. I suggest yall don't go either, if you enjoy food.This was a bad excuse for food.

As always, the food was absolutely delicious.The service was horrendous!!I placed an order online and went 30 minutes later to pick it up and waited another 30 minutes before it was ready. I get home (20 minutes away) and there was no sauce for the 24 sandwich pack I bought.I called and was asked to hold. In the meantime, my sister went back to the store (20 minutes away) to get the sauce. She went there and back and noone ever came to the phone. I literally held for 45 minutes. I hung up and called again and was asked to hold and I told the extremely rude woman that answered that I could not. I tried to explain to her the situation and she just kept saying we are busy, that’s why you had to hold. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me they were too busy.So sad that the customer service was so terrible.When you go in and have an order well over $100, it makes you think twice about going back anytime soon.

Cheese fries were underdone and I couldn't finish them just yucky. The turkey burger does not appear to be fried on a griddle but possibly heated up or baked like bleh. I'm done eating here.

The BBQ at Tops is unremarkable at best, but the burgers are amazing. Skip the BBQ and order a double cheeseburger with bacon. That's the way to go. Best burger I've had in the Memphis/North Mississippi area.

My husband ordered a regular barbecue sandwich and a brisket sandwich and large fries. We live 2 minutes from there the buns were soggy and greasy. They put 6 french fries. Stateline rd location used to be very good but the last few times we went it was gross.

This location in southhaven Is consistently very good. Staff here is always friendly and helpful.. Restaurant is clean and food is reasonably priced.. Highly recommended visiting if you are in the area..
