We were out on the waitlist with a wait time of 30 mins. We went across the street and when we got the text we came back. Apparently once you wait over 5MINS… they remove your name from the list. We told them no one explained to us that this was the policy, and that a normal policy would be 15 mins. Once again, even the message they sent didn’t say that, so we came back asap. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! Horrible customer service, all they said they could do was put us back on the waitlist which was now was 45 mins later!!!!
Haven’t eaten there in awhile. From the warm biscuits, to the appetizer, to my salad, to our main meal everything got to our table what I thought was on time and pretty quick. And to be honest the food was perfectly delicious. Service was also fabulous. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I felt like the place needs a much needed refresh. A good deep clean maybe, new carpet and curtains/blinds.
