A pretty good decent place to eat at. It was my first time trying this restaurant out. Prices were real nice and the food was good. Try them out for yourself

Quality of service was basic and the food was simply not good. From start to finish the effort to provide an enjoyable dining experience was not a priority. Hopefully there will be improvement to turn things around.

Our first experience was mostly positive and we left full. The salsa was very good, but it was served in a communal bowl for the whole table, which we were surprised by. I loved my Burrito Mexicano (pork tips), and my daughter thought the kids cheese quesadilla was delicious. Her beans were undercooked and tasted sandy as a result, but she loved the rice. Our lunch partner had the carne asada tacos and said his meal was pretty good, but a bit dry, and he wished he had gotten the burrito that I ordered. Our plates arrived one by one with about 5 minutes between each, so we weren't thrilled with that. The portions were big and we took home 2 full to-go containers. We will be back to give it another shot and to try more dishes soon.

The food was horrible and skimpy. This can not be authentic Mexican food, no taste just burnt steak and bell pepper and onions. I really wasted time here.

Poor service, Poor drinks, and poor food. Our waitress talked on her cell phone the whole time and barely waited us, the margaritas tasted like sweet and sour mix, and the food was awfully bland.

Every other Mexican place in town was packed besides this one...I soon found out why. The sweet tea was the sweetest ever and the food was subpar. The servers were probably the best thing about it as I tipped them well even though the rest of the experience wasnt the best. It's not terrible by any means but it's definitely not on my go to list. Extra tip...don't be traveling while eating here....it hit my stomach like a ton of lead and quickly found its way out about an hour or so down the road.

We’ve been going to Ritas for years. We started loving this restaurant before they moved to the new restaurant building around 5 years ago. The staff has always been kind and friendly. The staff has been supportive of my service dogs over the years and my accessibility needs. We love the food which is not expensive.. Service is great and personal. We have dining at Rita’s weekly for years. Rita’s is one of our favorite restaurants in Tupelo.

Waited 20 minutes to get a menus and service. Asked for a top shelf marg, tasted like sweet and sour, we were waited on by the host who stayed on her phone. Brought us dry food and didn't ask if we needed or wanted anything. Had to hunt her down to ask for a refill or cheese dip. Won't be back

I've tried this place 4 times, before I decided to review it. Food isn't great, the guy that takes the orders is usually the same guy. You say chicken he hears beef. You say no guacamole he hears extra. The staff is nice. There are so many Mexican places to eat, I wouldn't recommend settling for this place.

We always love Rita's but the last time we went it was horrible!! Didn't bring my food until everyone else in my group was almost finished eating. Messed up my daughter's order 3 times. It was horrible service. I really hope this was just a one time thing and next time it's better

Rita's Bar and Grill in Tupelo is awesome! Great service,comfortable space,very friendly,great prices and the food is wonderful! I was very impressed with how calm it is and the music is soft. Me and my husband absolutely enjoyed it. Definitely found our new spot for date night!If you have never been you must go!
