I recently went to chick fil a a few days ago, ordered a chicken egg and cheese muffin on the mobile app for carry out, waited 20 mins because they claimed their mobile orders weren’t popping up so I was late for work, not only that, when I looked in the bag it was the wrong sandwich ? then today I went and ordered a (CEC Muffin) chicken egg and cheese muffin and ended up with a sausage biscuit ? this is the SECOND time this has happened.

So I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after my last visit a couple of months ago (it’s been MONTHS since I been to this location) after having missing items and the manager on duty with his attitude. Tonight was no different than the last encounter only this time instead of forgetting ranch packets they forgot to put my fries & ice cream cup for my kid’s meal in the bag. So I got back in the drive thru & also placed another order for a 5 count grilled nuggets (didn’t receive a receipt) the line was moving even slower than before so I parked & got out to let them know the problem and as I figured the manager was making smart remarks to the employee about me getting out the drive thru like I’m the one who forgot MY ITEMS I PAID FOR!!! The manager y’all have is the biggest issue and needs better training. this was the last straw for me & I’m definitely NOT returning

I went through the drive thru (there has been an issue with my food every time I’ve gone since summer 2023.) My chicken sandwich had fat all throughout and on the sides… my son’s chicken nuggets seemed like they sat there all day, and my fries were hard and cold. I’ve tried to go at different times to see if it would be better- the answer is NO! Flowood Chick-fil-A would not serve food like this!!! Nor would even Clinton! This is ridiculous!! I will not be returning. If I have a taste for it, I guess I will make the drive to one that cares about what they serve out of that window! The food is too expensive to be served in such poor condition! And customer service- yeah, not so much.. wasn’t impressed with that either!!! No “my pleasure” or even an acknowledgment when I said thank you 3 times!! And no I wasn’t able to contact anyone because the first time I called no one answered and the second time I tried to reach out, I was told I would receive a call back and never received anything.
