They are very rude and have poor customer service, we walked in and was NOT greeted, before we could get in the door the woman on front counter rushing talking about some “dine in or to go” and steady rushing for an answer so we told her to give us a minute and she walked off to the back and started talking about us very loudly to the other male co-worker which he was very nice and sweet, so we decided not to order and just leave. If you don’t like your job please quit, she needs to be fired asap!

I ordered a DQ cake online with a pickup time after 1100 am. When I went to pick the cake up at 1200 pm it was not ready. This is not the first time this has happened. While I waited to get the cake, I asked the person why this is a repeat issue and he said the person responsible for getting the order from the computer doesn't always pull the orders and post them. When they brought the cake out, it was not the cake I ordered. I told the lady and it was evidence she did not read the entire order. She also said they don't get the cake ready until it is paid for. The DQ website does not let you pay online. So ordering ahead only causes problems which the local DQ personnel could care less about.

What an absolutely awful experience. Upon entering, the cashier didn't greet us and literally stood behind the counter leaning against the wall, staring blankly at us. He messed up the toppings on 4 of our items. The food took 20 minutes to come up. The burger patties were cold, hard, and dry, fries rubbery, and the pretzels were cold, saturated with oil, and not served with the cheese sauce. Once we got the cheese sauce, it was the consistency and color of construction adhesive. We ordered blizzards with chocolate ice cream, and they were made with vanilla.The bathrooms were out of paper towels and soap. The hand sanitizer dispenser by the entry was empty.The only thing that was eaten in its entirety was the cheese curds. They were hot and delicious.We spent $50 for lunch and left hungry. This is the worst fast food experience I have had in my entire life. There aren't enough words to express how bad this was.

Not only did we enjoy our meal, but one of the employees went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. From leaving his break time, he held the doors for my niece and I while my husband parked the car. He asked how our meal was, and if we would like dessert, he also made a special treat for my niece when we told him her birthday was the next day! That made her day! Then as we were going out to our car, he held the door for us again. Thank you Quinton for brightening our day!

The lady Demetrius that worked the drive thru was really rude, get to the window and they got our order wrong, then don't hang white gravy which we asked for, get home and all the food is
tried to order, they were out of half the menu. ordered 2 MINI blizzards and a milk shake. originally 16 dollars got to the window and asked for extra topping on the blizzards she charged me 5 more dollars so 21 dollars now. She immediately handed me the first blizzard so OBVIOUSLY no extra toppings in that one even though I was charged for them. then the second one came out a MED not a MINI and only had toppings half way through cup before just vanilla ice cream. BOTTOM LINE not friendly service and do not order extra topping they price gouge and do not give what you pay for!

I left 1 star because of the rude manager that was working Thursday night. We ordered through the drive thru and she took our order and I guess she wasn't paying attention and we had to repeat it several times (it was only a 4 pc chicken strip basket). You could tell she had an attitude! At the window to pay she still had an attitude and then told us to pull forward and we asked why because no one else was in line and she said very rudely I'm trying to do my job and you need to pull up to spot #2. When my husband went inside to ask for manager is when we found out she is the manager. If she's the manager and has that attitude with customers then it's no wonder no one else was in line.

Service was quick and polite, we dined in at 6pm on a Friday. Place was clean, including restroom. Fries, chicken tenders and ice cream/ Oreo Brownie treat was great, burger was okay, could have been better. Overall good experience.

Went to restaurant at lunch and placed my order. When she gave me the price, it was almost double what was on the menu board. When I called the counter girl on it, she said the prices had gone up. For a chicken strip basket and a bacon burger comb with no drinks, it was almost $30. This was in the local restaurant in Vicksburg MS and I believe I am done going there!

There was no ice let them know but we was almost thru eating before they put more ice the onion rings was burnt then went for blizzards nobody up front they were in the back laughing and playing around the perso that finally came up front acted like he didn't know what to do I ask for the special he acted he's never heard of a blizzard when he finally figured out what a blizzard was he was rude and told me I had to have the app all he had to in the first place was etell me first off.I will not recommend anybody eating there and I won't go back there
